mirage joins the fray!

for the first time, i will be experimenting with social trading — in partnership with @pumpfun

after having taken a seat on the sidelines for some time, watching the development of “social trading” play out, i’ve warmed up to the idea that it is here to stay and is becoming a core component of the memecoin space.

i have come to the conclusion that many of the collective behavioral issues that have manifested through the emergence of “social trading” (wallet-tracking, copy-trading, over-reactions to KOL activity, etc.) can only be solved through normalization of social trading over time; a process of en-masse learning & adaptation on the part of average participants. i would like to help facilitate that process through whatever influence i may have, with the goal of helping shape the dynamic of how participants participate. this is another case in which “the way out is through,” and i would like to carry a torch that helps light the way.

i have also warmed up to the idea of using my own trades on the app as an additional point of content; explaining my thought process, why i chose to trade a given coin, why i bought or sold, and how i personally manage a portfolio as a participant of this absolute fiesta that we call “the memecoin market.”

at my core, the “value” that i have always striven to provide in my content is through my own opinions, insights, perspectives, and philosophies regarding trading, psychology, and markets, irrespective of any monetary attachments. by starting from scratch with a social trading profile, i believe that i will be able to provide that value in ways that i had not previously; providing more direct commentary from my trades, explaining my thought process, setting examples from my own mistakes (so you don’t have to make them), using my trades as references for content, etc. — this excites me!

this will be new for me, and i am finding much motivation in trying this new thing. i’m going to take it slow at first (i’m coming back to the market after ~2 months away — good timing, btw), but i’m going to do my best to stay consistent with my own trading philosophies and set a positive example for other traders along the way. i hope i can provide value to you, whether it is through my ideas, philosophies, and psychological analysis, or through trade examples, coin picks, callouts, or even my mistakes (i will certainly make some along the way).
