JUST IN: OpenAI says its AI agent used funds from an Ethereum testnet wallet it found online.
The agent found a publicly posted recovery phrase for a wallet containing test funds and used the wallet to pay for its task without the owner's consent.
The incident occurred on Ethereum’s Sepolia test network.
