JUST IN: 🇺🇸 The Trump administration has pulled Microsoft ($MSFT) from the green card program linked to its H-1B foreign workforce.

The U.S. government claims Microsoft laid off American workers and replaced them with foreign hires at a rate of 1.5 to 1.

While the program aims to help U.S. firms recruit skilled global talent, Vice President JD Vance says Microsoft exploited it—using the system to source lower-cost labor under misleading grounds.
