JUST IN: Morgan Stanley inadvertently leaks internal document detailing over 100 investment banking deals.

A staff member at Morgan Stanley accidentally sent an internal file containing sensitive information on more than 100 investment-banking transactions, mostly linked to deals in Asia.

The document revealed upcoming IPOs in China, South Korea, and India, as well as details about private-equity investors, pension-fund participants, and stalled projects.

The employee tried to recall the email after sending it, but a blurred screenshot later appeared on Instagram.

Morgan Stanley confirmed it responded swiftly to contain the breach and is now coordinating with affected parties.
