🇺🇸 Blackwater founder Erik Prince has suggested that Trump issue “letters of marque” to American PMCs so that they can attack targets outside the United States.

In an interview with Breitbart News, he said that these “privateers” could be used to combat drug cartels in Mexico and Latin America.

The last letter of marque in the United States was issued after Pearl Harbor in 1942 – to a blimp operator who began hunting Japanese submarines. Introducing something similar today by presidential action that would grant a private organization a “license to hunt.”

This would help stop the flow of drugs and human trafficking across the U.S. border.

The cartels make a lot of money, which allows them to buy very good equipment, highly qualified specialists, and modern weapons. They outgun Mexican law enforcement agencies.
