“Until further notice, you are prohibited from moving south to the following villages and their surroundings, as well as within these villages themselves:
•Shebaa, Hebbariyeh, Marjayoun, Arzoun, Yuhmur, Al-Qantara, Kfar Kila, Blida, Markaba, Bint Jbeil, Shaqra, Yaroun, Al-Mansouri, Al-Dahira.

The Israeli Defense Forces do not intend to harm you. You are prohibited from returning to these areas until further notice. Anyone who does so endangers themselves.”
