The Netherlands is prepared to act upon the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if needed, Dutch news agency ANP reported on Thursday, citing the country's foreign minister Caspar Veldkamp as its source.
