🚨🇾🇪🇸🇦🛢 Today: Yemen's Houthis Appear To Have Struck The Saudi Aramco Oil Refinery At Rabigh On Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Coast, With New Satellite Imagery Today Showing A Black Smoke Plume Roughly 80 Km Trailing Away From The Site And The Fire Centred On The Oil Storage Tanks And Pressurised Storage Vessels.
NASA FIRMS recorded a fire radiative power of 126 megawatts at the refinery, with a reading of 367 Kelvin, the ceiling the sensor can register, meaning the fire is hotter than the data shows.
It is the first strike on the 400,000 barrels per day refinery since March 2022.
