FACT CHECK: TRUE?

I've checked both ChatGPT and Grok—there doesn't seem to be any public acknowledgement that confirms the FBI is in possession of those SD cards.

If anyone has a source in an audio or video clip, please provide.

12 weeks ago today, Terryl Farnsworth illegally took the SD cards to conceal the real crime.

Terryl broke the law on livestream. To this day, no one from the FBI or the State of Utah has ever confirmed that the files are now in their possession. We will never forget.
