The Israeli military has killed ten people in Lebanon over the past four days, including civilians and members of Hezbollah
The Israeli military renewed its deadly attacks on Lebanon on 26 October for the fourth consecutive day, killing at least another two people.
The latest strikes bring the death toll up to at least ten since Thursday.
An Israeli drone strike hit eastern Lebanon on Sunday afternoon, targeting a vehicle in Nabi Chit east of Baalbek. According to Hebrew news outlet Channel 14, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz supervised the attack.
Earlier on 26 October, one person was killed in an Israeli strike on a car in south Lebanon’s Naqoura.
Israel has significantly escalated attacks on Lebanon in recent days, in continued violation of a US-backed ceasefire. The escalation coincided with new threats from a US envoy, who said Lebanon faces a major Israeli campaign if Hezbollah is not disarmed immediately.
