WEB proxy is live at ProxyWing - hostname + secret from your dashboard, no server, no domain, no certificate to set up.
It carries your MTProto traffic as a real TLS/HTTPS or WebSocket session to an ordinary domain on 443, through the client's own WebView. To DPI it reads as web browsing.
