To help keep the base clean, relevant, and easier to navigate, we’ve made several updates to our posting guidelines. Please take note of the following adjustments:

1. Category Formatting
We’ve standardized how categories appear in posts. Some will continue using brackets [] for clarity, while others will no longer require them.

Still using brackets:
• Fan Behavior
• Song Request

Not using bracket:
• JJ
• Music files (mp3/mp4)
• Menfess post (with or without song lyrics)
• Emotion-based posts (e.g., salting, galau, etc.)

Removed / No longer permitted:
• AU Recommendationsㅤㅤㅤ• Film Recommendations
• Book Recommendations

ㅤ
2. External Content & TanTalk Relevance
Content from outside platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) may only be shared if it directly supports or relates to a roleplay interaction.

• Posts under #TanTalk must remain relevant to roleplay. Random FYP content is not allowed.

• External media must serve a clear roleplay context to be considered valid.

ㅤ
3. Hashtag Usage
To improve readability and avoid confusion, hashtag usage has been simplified:

• Only one valid hashtag combination is allowed:
ㅤ→ #TanTalk × #TanAsk

• #TanVerse is an exception — it may be added to any primary hashtag when sending menfess in character (IC).

• Do not combine mention tags (e.g., @username) with hashtags in the same post.

ㅤ
These updates take effect immediately. Please follow them accordingly to help maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone in the base.
