- Merge tag 'android-security-16.0.0_r3' to multiple repos (Considerably huge changes)
- Fix high battery drain / temperature rise in some normal-use instances that occured after v3.4 release
- Fix higher idle drain loop in longer period of inactivity like at night
- Allow user to enable glass blur effect system-wide, (its even better on qs panel which comes without any artefacts like that are present on default AOSP blur) (author: rmp22)
- Fix a case where default dialer couldn't be opened and crashes repeatedly on some specific monet settings

- Attempt fixing some missing system languages on vanilla variant (couldn't test, since i never faced it on my device)

- Don't show UNKNOWN but actual values for device specs in about phone if aboutphone props not set
