Beirut government must not deny nation’s right to self-defense, says Lebanese lawmaker

A Lebanese legislator from Hezbollah’s political wing has slammed the Beirut government over inaction in the face of incessant Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling, stressing that statesmen must not deny the nation’s right to self-defense if they cannot protect the people against the ongoing aggression.
