Russia issues urgent warning to foreigners to leave Ukraine ahead of ‘massive retaliatory strikes’

The Russian Foreign Ministry has issued a warning to all foreign nationals, including diplomatic personnel, to immediately cease travel to and residency within Ukraine, as the Russian Armed Forces intensify systematic strikes against the country’s military infrastructure.
