In a meeting with Azerbaijan’s First Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, Iran’s President Pezeshkian said borders will not hinder the development of ties between Tehran and Baku.

Pezeshkian stressed that expanding land, air and rail links will help strengthen bilateral relations.
