🔵 The Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA) warns shipowners about certain charterers compelling vessels to transit through the Strait of Hormuz via unauthorized routes.
🔹The PGSA warns that beyond the potential risk of financial loss and harm to the vessel, owner, captain, and crew, such actions subject the vessel to serious restrictions regarding future transits through the Strait of Hormuz.
🔹 The PGSA adds that in the event of confirmed violations by charterers, these companies will be added to the Non-Compatible List (NCL), and the passage of all related vessels through the Strait of Hormuz will face restrictions.
