Career Center Lead

What will you do
→ Create a system for the international career center stream.
→ Create and implement the framework of the career track for all international markets.
→ Organize the full process to build an efficient local track for each market.
→ Design a strategy for a new service for employers based on our competitive advantages.
→ Build and manage a team of account and community managers in other countries.
→ Launch and manage various networking activities.
→ Implement new approaches, new trends, and best practices from the international experience to local markets.

What are the requirements
→ You have 3+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience.
→ 1+ years in Product Management as a plus.
→ Deep understanding of HR practices and principles.
→ Interest in examining data and HR metrics to improve the organization.
→ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English.
