Students experience manager

What will you do:
→ Adapt and implement a system for supporting educational purposes. Take into account the needs of students, the pace of scaling of the project.
→ Organize the work of a team of several streams: hiring, training, monitoring, feedback.
→ Develop local formats of various activities for students and staff.
→ Maintain the connections between students and the Students experience team.
→ View the student stream study chat. Analyze the weaknesses of the educational process. Generate ideas to improve it.
→ Invent educational experiments for students: new formats of lectures, group work, hackathons.
→ Organize transparent reporting on the implementation of KPIs and evaluation of the effectiveness of conducting educational cohorts.

What are the requirements:
→ Experience in the EdTech field is an advantage.
→ Experience in managing a team of 30+ people.
→ Operational experience.
→ Fluent English.
→ Hebrew is an advantage.
