An Appeal To Pragmatism President Trump's Board of Immigration appeals has decided that having DACA in itself is not a sufficient protection from detention and deportation
Sen. Dick Durbin wrote an Op-Ed this morning detailing how President Trump is dismantling DACA, the Obama amnesty.

Durbin says there were 530k active DACA in 2024, down by* 30k by late 2025 as USCIS is doing real vetting, slowing approval, leaving these illegals open for removal. Trump has hit immigration and naturalization from every angle. This is infrastructure for long-term deportations.
