In 2025 Trump resumed family detention, hit record child removal orders in courts and USCIS released the implementation plan to finally end birthright citizenship.

In 2026, so far half of legal migration, including wives and adoption, is banned. A huge family detention expanse is planned in the 2027 budget and ICE has launched a birth tourism bust operation. This is America's first ever anchor baby crackdown, and we can thank Trump for being the one to lead it.
