The DHS has responded to Senator Eric Schmitt's request for a review, restriction or end to the OPT foreign student program that allows foreigners in U.S. schools to become H-1Bs or take U.S. jobs. DHS Noem says the admin is currently evaluating the framework to determine appropriate action.
