An Appeal To Pragmatism Immigration activists and advisors warn of reports that USCIS is deploying its Fraud Detection Division into Texas
This week Governor Abbott of Texas directed all Texas state agencies and universities to halt their H-1B petitions as the state launches a review of H-1B use. Following this freeze Texas AG Paxton has issued Civil Investigative Demands to three businesses in North Texas, seeking answers on potential H-1B visa scamming and abuse.
