Trump's USCIS last year expanded its scope of reasons to review citizenship and to recommend denaturalization of citizens, adding crimes and cultural incompatibility to the list. Trump's DOJ, DHS has put out an implementation plan to see it through.
If we are able to practically undo Somalis, that would serve as precedent to remove entire ethnicities under the same logic.
