Effective October 6th USCIS will have its own law enforcement agents, who can be armed, that will issue and execute warrants to arrest immigrants for violating the law or becoming inadmissable and unfit.

USCIS has never had this authority before, or personally arrested legal migrants. This expands our mass detain and deport plan by putting less strain on ICE and CBP alone. Your reports will be invaluable for their job.
