⚠️ Those paper coffee/tea cups aren’t as innocent as they look.

When you pour anything hot, the plastic lining breaks down and releases 55× more toxic chemicals (PFAS, heavy metals, etc.) straight into your drink.
Most tea bags also shed billions of microplastics, but the takeaway paper cup you grab every morning is quietly one of the worst offenders.

Switch to:
✅ stainless steel
✅ ceramic mug
✅ plain glass (no painted lid)
One swap = way less junk in your body while you’re trying to recover.
