It is necessary for preparing the ground for traversing the path from the stage of the Islamic movement and revolution to the stage of the Islamic society—and after that, reaching the stage of Islamic civilisation becomes possible. The institutionalisation and universalisation of prayer, and then the public effort to perform it well, are the two main sides of the line of effort for achieving this important goal.

In all these matters, the role of the congregational and Friday prayer imams—who must be a refuge for the people and listeners and acceptors of their heartaches—is very prominent.
