SCARLETTGROUP claims to have breached Genesys Cloud Services, a U.S.-based company providing cloud customer experience and contact center technology.

The group says it obtained a large collection of internal information, including contracts, signed agreements, customer records, financial documents, and data from the company's CRM systems.

The alleged breach also extends to Genesys' training and education systems, with the group claiming access to:

• Learner accounts and password hashes
• Training enrollments and certifications
• Single sign-on (SSO) configurations
• Administrative records
• Meeting attendance records and recordings

SCARLETTGROUP published screenshots showing access to several internal systems and warned Genesys to make contact before its negotiation deadline expires.
