A threat actor claims to be leaking an insurance marketing database associated with Family First Life (FFL), citing coverage spanning 2014 through September 2026 and about $1.2B in collective premiums.

The underground listing alleges contents such as:

- Agent credentials and writing numbers across carriers
- Client details (names, addresses, DOB, phone, email, policy data)
- SSNs, HIPAA-related fields, and banking data “available upon request”
- A multi-million lead master list and inforce policy extract
