It's the same story with trying to force a detox and force removal of toxins.
Any honest biologist will tell you that there is still an entire universe of knowledge in our bodies that we don't understand.
The idea that we should impose the medical system's own extremist 'order' on our bodies is ridiculous.
It's like turning a 3000 year old rainforest into a 3000 acre potato farm. If you know anything about permaculture you know how ridiculous that is.
Forget the buzzwords, and focus on nourishing the ecosystem that you call your body.
