Get to know Palmdale Station! Part 1
Patrolling nearly 800 square miles, the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station has a rich history of serving the communities of the Antelope Valley and surrounding mountain areas.
In May 2004, construction began on a new station designed to better serve the growing Palmdale community and surrounding unincorporated areas. On June 12, 2006, the new facility officially opened its doors!
Today, the station features a 47,000-square-foot main building, a 7,800-square-foot jail, and an 8,399-square-foot motor pool and storage building, all situated on 11.5 acres at Sierra Highway and Avenue Q.
Serving the areas of: Acton, Agua Dulce, Big Pines / Wrightwood, Green Valley, Juniper Hills, Lake Elizabeth, Lake Hughes, Leona Valley, Littlerock, Llano, Palmdale, Pearblossom, Sun Village, Valyermo, and Vasquez Rocks.
Our Palmdale Station Deputies, civilian staff and volunteers work hard to keep the communities they serve safe.
