Santa Ana winds will increase fire danger across Southern California, creating dry conditions. A Santa Ana wind event is expected to increase the risk of fire danger in Southern California. The dry conditions and hot temperatures have prompted a Red Flag Warning for much of the region.

NorCal forecast: Gusty NE winds at times Thursday. Meteorologist Tamara Berg times out the winds for Thursday and what areas are under a Red Flag Warning due to elevated fire risk.
