As part of the StateDept response, the LACoFD USA-02 team continues to conduct critical safety assessments on schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.
Our structural specialists are sharing vital data with Panamanian authorities to confirm building safety, guide repairs, and help essential community services safely reopen.
It was an honor for USA-02 to meet with the president of Panama, José Raúl Mulino, earlier this week.
Our thoughts and prayers remain with the people of Panama as USA-02 continues their mission.
