NEW: AN ASSAULT with a deadly weapon (ADW) suspect is located by an LAPD Airship then detained my LAPD Hollenbeck Officers after allegedly crashing a truck into several cars and threatening people with an AR15 rifle. The suspect tried to flee thru a homeless encampment before he was taken down at gun point.
