Lt. Col. Theresa Long filed the sworn declaration in Adirim v. CIA in the Eastern District of Virginia. She is a retired aviation brigade surgeon now serving as senior medical military adviser to HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and reporting to War Secretary Pete Hegseth. ⠀

“I have first hand knowledge of over 29 d*ths of servicemembers after vaccination with the COVID-19 vaccines,” she wrote. She is tasked with reviewing about 55,000 military-linked VAERS reports, including 2,544 files that list a d*th.

Long described one student pilot who had never tested COVID-positive and suffered sudden cardiac failure at the controls of a helicopter. An independent cardiologist, she said, called myocardial injury secondary to the vaccines the most likely cause. ⠀

She also wrote of a service member with rapid-onset esophageal cancer after vaccination.
