Police say Oliver Barcenas gave the suspect fresh clothes to help conceal his identity, while Erika Porter allegedly LIED to officers searching for him.

Officers caught him anyway. He now faces attempted murder and other felony charges.

San Francisco approved more than $25 MILLION for the nonprofit operating the center. Taxpayers funded this place to help people, not allegedly help an accused cop shooter evade police.
