I used to be a strong atheist. Now I'm thinking of becoming Catholic.

The sticking point is things like mass attendance, being around other people, who I near-univerally despise. Changing this would be a lifetime of work.

I did a good deed today at a personal cost, and helped someone greatly. For some reason I felt inspired to pray to God and ask him to help others the way I had helped someone today.
It felt ridiculous, but I also felt it in my body when I prayed. It's indisputable. What was that feeling?...
