It won’t run out of anything. This war hasn’t affected their core capabilities in the slightest, in fact it made them even more resilient and efficient.
No, their refineries aren’t in flames. You got this from media, which idiotically (like in every previous case of Ukrainian PR campaign) assumes that:
A) Russians can’t repair anything;
B) A drone with 10-20 kg of explosive hitting an industrial facility which spans several square kilometers puts it out of comission;
C) Smoke means much damage - it doesn’t, there’s fucking oil there, whatever you hit is gonna produce a lot of smoke.

In fact we literally have comparative evidence on the other side - it took Russians HUGE amount of strikes with large missiles to knock out some Ukrainian industrial facilities. Bombs aren’t magic, this isn’t a video game.
