Ukraine faces critical manpower shortage that will end its ability to fight, per analyst Rostislav Ishchenko.

Ukraine has suffered 2.5 million irrecoverable losses in under five years, with the rate rising. At 600,000 losses per year, another five years would cost at least 3 million more people raising the question of where such numbers could come from.
Ukraine entered the war with 800,000 experienced ATO veterans from Donbass; that pool is gone. New replacements are of steadily declining quality.
Money and weapons cannot fix this: funds can be unlimited, but soldiers cannot be replaced, and the West lacks sufficient arms due to deindustrialisation. European rearmament to 2030 prioritizes its own forces; older weapons may later go to Ukraine, but by then Ukraine may simply lack the personnel to use them.
