​​MoonPay unveils acquisition of North Capital

#MoonPay is set to acquire #NorthCapital, a private-markets infrastructure platform offering API-first technology and SEC-regulated brokerage services, in an all-stock deal valued at over $60M. Subject to regulatory approval, North Capital will become a wholly owned MoonPay subsidiary upon closing. MoonPay said the deal will help expand its presence in the tokenized real-world asset market.
