For users who have an exceptional amount of miles and stamps, and have actively participated in the Miles program but were not eligible for an airdrop -

We completely understand how disappointing it can be to see that you didn’t qualify, especially if you racked up miles and stamps during our campaigns. Our team isn’t dismissing your efforts; we genuinely appreciate every user who helped test and push Plume forward.

However, our anti-Sybil process is thorough to ensure a fair and trustworthy airdrop for the community. In some cases, a wallet may get flagged if it appears in certain clusters or exhibits suspicious patterns, meaning our system may not have recognized your specific activity as fully legitimate. We know this can feel disheartening, and we’re sorry if it’s caused any frustration.

If you believe there’s been a mistake, you can fill out this form for us to check your address: https://forms.gle/8zuB5m1xoBvV5WaR6

Please don't be discouraged in case you weren't eligble for the Season 1 airdrop! If you weren’t eligible this round but your Miles were close to qualifying, don’t worry! Your progress isn’t lost. Those near the eligibility threshold will still see their Miles carry over into Season 2

The Airdrop Appeal Claim form will close in 24 hours
