Today, we will introduce you to some basic terms:

⏺ The first, and arguably most important, term is "blockchain". It's a technology that allows for the storage of information in a chain of blocks, which cannot be altered or forged. Blockchain forms the foundation for many cryptocurrencies and provides security and transparency in the network.

⏺ One of the most well-known cryptocurrencies is "Bitcoin". It was created in 2009 and became the first digital currency that operates independently of centralized management. Bitcoin, like many other cryptocurrencies, is based on blockchain and enables users to transfer funds to one another across national borders.

⏺ However, cryptocurrencies are not just money. There are so-called "smart contracts", which allow the programming and execution of contracts on the blockchain. This opens up new possibilities for automating various services and asset exchanges.

⏺ It's also worth mentioning "mining". This process involves users utilizing computational equipment to solve complex mathematical problems to confirm and register transactions in the blockchain. Miners receive rewards in the form of new cryptocurrencies for their work.

⏺ Additionally, there are "stablecoins", which are tied to fiat currencies such as the US dollar or euro to maintain a stable value. This allows for the use of cryptocurrencies in everyday transactions without the fear of significant price fluctuations.

⏺ NFT or Non-Fungible Token is a type of digital asset that represents a unique item or value on the internet. It uses blockchain technology to certify the authenticity and ownership of digital objects, such as images, videos, music, texts, and other forms of digital content. Our users can purchase NFTs on our marketplace, thereby gaining access to content. Consequently, collection authors can interact with their audience through NFTs.
