Although I did not participate much in this project personally (the only and one post of ours is here) I believe that with 95% chance there were no buyout procedure conducted.

Recently, it was announced that project has new owners now. But I see no reasons to believe them:

➡️ Nothing particularly changed about the app. Literally nothing 😁

➡️ Some players were complaining about withdrawals issues with "previous" owners. I guess those issues still persist and people just don't receive their withdrawals

➡️ "New" owners speak literally the same way as "previous" ones (screenshot applied)

This is all strange, stupid and seems scammy. It's up to you, of course, either continue or forfeit the app.

But anyway, tread carefully and remember: never invest more than you can afford to lose 💪
