About Starlink limitations, to make some clarity:
At the moment of writing the limit is 160 km/h. The Russians are taking advantage of this to attack, especially at the front itself, possibly also exploiting this for attacks in Ukraine's airspace, but it's not a big enough reason for them to attempt an all-or-nothing attack anywhere.
FPVs aren't currently affected, while other types of drones that go over the 160 km/h limit are (especially middle-strike drones like Darts or Hornets), though most of these, actually, don't base themselves on Starlink and/or have alternative methods, for example, normal radio connections, and other methods that aren't of public knowledge.
In this regard, there is no single failure point that the Russians can exploit; Ukrainian methods don't just rely on one thing, but they can definitely cause inconveniences.
In any case, the defense continues regularly; middle strikes haven't stopped.
