Once again, no changes to the overall situation.
Here I made a quick and very crude representation of how this situation can be described: the overall "balance of power," in terms of Russians entering the city and being able to accumulate compared to destroyed and repelled infiltration attempts is either neutral or slightly tipped to the Russian side.
