Another systemui element got hit with the jetpack compose hammer, the clock on statusbar and qs.
Unfortunately that means we can't have different sizes of text for different elements of time and a quirky mess in the quick settings top left because the same time is used in both places.
I'll release a build with it soon (I still wanna tidy up the code before I do it and fix a bit of the alignment of the time spacing) but it just feels like a slow wrecking ball that's going to ruin all things fun in Android (unfortunately for a good reason)
