We’re rolling out additional security layers for the Pixel Market.

• Cold Wallet

The first step is introducing a Cold Wallet system.

The majority of user funds will be stored in a separate multisig wallet, fully isolated from the Market infrastructure. Multiple signatures, zero direct exposure – significantly reduced risk.

• Insurance Pool

We’re also launching an Insurance Pool, funded by Pixel Market commissions.

This reserve will continuously accumulate and remain untouched unless needed to cover any unexpected losses (Market and its users are prepared for any scenario).

Our goal is simple: keep users’ crypto assets as safe as possible.

At the same time, Telegram-based marketplaces have another risk vector – the traded items themselves: gifts, stickers, skins, and other digital assets.

• Trust levels

To address this, we’re implementing user trust levels and withdrawal protections.

Suspicious accounts won’t be able to instantly move items out. Instead, limits, delays, and manual reviews will apply – making abuse practically impossible.
