Changelog:
- Fixed some power hints not applying correctly on 90hz deivces (oriole/panther/lynx)
- Fixed various VoIP issues on raven/oriole (This could include echo, noise, the caller can't hear you at all sometimes)
- Fixed some UWB related configuration for the devices that support it (raven/cheetah)
- Fixed some stuttering issue introduced in the early oct builds
- Prevent thermal throttle overshoot for the MODERATE step

Also hopefully some improvements to battery

- Adaptive vibrations backport for raven/oriole
- Fixed USB/BT VoIP calls sounding like chip-monk for some people
- fixed small stutters some people had

(15/10/2024)
- Huge improvements for loudspeaker audio on raven/oriole
- Fixed speaker crackling on voIP calls for GS101
- Fixed a MFC race condition leading to a kernel panic if you're playing DRM content and non DRM content at the same time
- Fixed UVLO1 IRQ not being cleared leading to battery drain until reboot in some cases
- Fixed GMS absolutely destroying battery for some people trying to sync device configs
- Hopefully improved idle battery drain on all devices
- Reworked power hal configuration on all devices
