Changelog:
• Under-volt and overclock the GPU to 750 Mhz for better performance and battery life.
• Deterministic; Avoid some userspace boosting (for eg: rom's powerhint) from interfering with kernel values.
• Fix AOD issue on Walleye caused by the Flicker-free driver. Thank you for patiently testing :) @hexagonal707
• Turn off schedtune boost for top-app and enable prefer_idle for foreground app. Reason: let the upstream scheduler decides what to do. Stable jitter value observed.
• Revert high brightness mode.
