a. buyers must provide visual references (images/photos) and detailed character descriptions.
b. payment must be made after the sketch is approved. Payments can be made via (Dana/Gopay/Spay).
c. estimated turnaround time is 7-14 days, depending on the complexity and queue.
d. revisions can be requested during the sketch phase, with minor revisions allowed after rendering.
e. orders cannot be canceled once approved, and no refunds will be issued after full payment has been made.
f. finished artworks will be uploaded to my portfolio and social media.
g. final files will be delivered in PNG format.
